CANCELLATION and RESCHEDULE POLICY

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please reach out to the office at least 2 weeks prior to your appointment. Late cancellations or reschedules (within 2 weeks) are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the scheduled appointment. You will find a copy of the policy in your portal under "Forms" titled "Appointment Fee Schedule and Financial Policies". If you don't see a copy there, then go to the Questionnaire section of your portal and complete all the required paperwork, including the acknowledgement of this form. 


As of October 1st 2023, we will not have a physical location for a short time. We will notify you when our new location is ready! In the meantime, we will NOT have an in-house lab. You can find the nearest LabCorp location here: LabCorp Draw Location Finder

The office is open from 9 am until 4 pm Monday through Thursday. We are closed on Fridays. If you have questions, you can send a message through the portal. 

UPDATE to peptides on the portal

If you're looking for your peptides, they are no longer lumped in with your supplements in the portal! You will now find them under the "Alternative Plans" section of the portal. If you need a refill on a peptide, just send us a secure message!
