Cancellation, Reschedule, and No-Show Policy
We require a minimum of two weeks notice for appointment cancellations or reschedules. Changes made within the two-week window are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full appointment cost.
We intentionally schedule a limited number of patients each day due to the depth and complexity of our visits. Short-notice changes do not allow sufficient time to offer that appointment to another patient who may be waiting.
